Bolstering JOYSONQUIN’s Branding, Sales and Recruiting Efforts

 

Challenge:

JOYSONQUIN, a global tier-1 automotive supplier, is looking to establish a brand presence and create more awareness in key auto markets. The company also seeks to strengthen its global sales, marketing and recruiting efforts in an effective manner. Branding efforts must help drive employee engagement at the company’s 12 locations in the U.S., Mexico China, Germany, Poland and Romania.

 

RESPONSE:

  • Initiate a visual interpretation of the brand. Produce striking imagery to communicate premium products and impress viewers.
  • Create a clean, contemporary design and brand platform: a new global website in English, Chinese, German and Spanish –a nod to JOYSONQUIN’s diversity and its presence in all key global auto markets.
  • Apply design techniques to create a sensation of depth and provide visitors with a unique browsing experience.

 

Results:

The new brand platform receives much praise from customers, prospects, executive leadership,  and employees upon global launch.

 

 

What makes a company great? people!

 

Challenge:

KAESER Compressors, a Germany-based global leader in industrial air compressors, needed help with the increasingly difficult recruiting situation in the US due to COVID.

 

RESPONSE:

  • We created a recruiting video that celebrates what makes KAESER great: Its people.
  • Our goal was to present an authentic view of work at KAESER, the corporate culture as well as communicate the benefits KAESER offers its employees.
  • Because we wanted to show real employees and not use generic stock footage, we spent four days shooting at their offices and their vast warehouse complex in Fredericksburg, VA, where complete custom solutions are designed, assembled and readied for shipping.

 

Results:

The new recruiting video received much praise from KAESER's leadership and employees from all over the world with requests to duplicate our efforts in other countries.

In working with The Hood Group and going through multiple brand exercises, we discovered that the ultimate benefit of their work is to elevate already high performing individuals to high stakes performers who are aware of and in full control of their mind and body at any time. Essentially, realizing their true potential without limits, which we formulated into a new tagline: You.Unlimited.®

 

With a solid brand strategy developed, we set out to flesh out a brand tone, look and feel and visual identity. We also determined that The Hood Group was starting a new product category, and thus, we needed to create awareness. The first step in this ongoing campaign was a brand video we developed called “Stand Out”. The creative brief stated the objective of identifying those among us who may already be high performers but are looking for more.

 

The look of the video was pulled through a new website design and social media to establish an integrated campaign.

Rockstar Global Fitness is a leading personal fitness provider. Rockstar's CEO is developing an exciting new brand extension and came to us in need of a pitch video that would create excitement as well as introduce the specifics of the new business venture to potential investors.

 

As the initial introduction to the presentation, this "sizzle" video is intended to get the viewer into the mindset of extreme personal fitness, and we believe it exemplifies the true spirit of "Rockstar Global Fitness".

 

 

We developed a :30 spot for Australia’s RODE Microphones, one of the premiere microphone companies in the world.  The spot promotes a wireless audio transmitter system for filmmakers, the RODELink Filmmaker Kit. Targeting young filmmakers on a budget, this fun and up-tempo spot shows off the features while showing several usage situations. A German version was also developed for markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This spot was a finalist in the international My Rode Reel Film Competition for 2018.

CrisisResolve is a new company within the mental health industry with a unique solution: When experiencing a mental health crisis, people need help immediately and can't deal with fees and credit card payments in order to talk to someone. CrisisResolve offers a free conversation with a certified mental health professional via phone, text or chat and and the option to follow up for long-term care.

 

Its founder needed a creative way to communicate the urgent need for their services and to explain how it works. We created an emotional campaign that gives the viewer a glimpse into the wide-spread mental health problem and how CrisisResolve can provide immediate help and long-term healing.

The goal of Responders FirstSM is to support those who keep us safe—first responders. Exposed to trauma in their everyday jobs, they are in need of psychological support not only to heal trauma, but also to prepare themselves for potential trauma. Using new methods based on the latest research in trauma and movement, Responders First sets out to support our helpers at home and also on-site during an event.

 

The company reached out to us to help with their positioning, branding and communications targeting those decision makers who would be in a position to engage Responders First.
